This Greene King pub has a new landlady who was a local resident but now runs pubs in Walthamstow London too. The pub reopened at Easter and requires some time to be reorganised as even the phone is disconnected due to a previously unpaid bill. Roadworks with traffic lights still discourage users as the pub is in the middle of the traffic-light controlled single lane section which has been operating for 18 months. Hopefully the work on the building opposite imposing the single lane will be finished within a couple of months. Speckled Hen beer was in great condition.
